Functions We Offer
POS system will be integrated with following modules with fully graphical user interface.
1. Sales module :-
Sales module is the main interface in the POS system which will be opened in POS terminals. Items can be added to the bill by reading a barcode or manually entering the code or even can add items by searching. The bill which is to be printed is shown in the side. Discount can be added to the bill. After that the bill total will be automatically calculated. There is a option to pay the bill either by cash, credit card, cheque or vouchers. After completing the payment the bill is printed.
Bill cancellation, load previous bill facilities are available. Gift vouchers can be offered through this module. Credit sales also can be done.
2. Inventory, purchasing & supplier management module :-
There is a form to add items to the inventory by category. And the relevant barcode will be automatically created; even can print barcodes through the system. Supplier details can be added to the system and the supplier wise purchase orders can be create with a printed document. Current stock position and stock updating can be done. Stock also can be added through good receive notes (GRN).
Batch wise stock addition can be performed.
3. User administration and database management module :-
In this module system users can be created by assigning user name and a password and also the privileges to access each module. Full database handling functions are available with the facility to get all the necessary data to Excel files.
4. Reporting module :-
In this module there are following reports with more filtering facilities in each report.

This POS system is designed and developed related to ‘client server architecture’. Where several client machines can access the server via a network (Offline). Further it can be use as a centralized database system through ‘Cloud Computing’ (Online). Where the main database can be created in a ‘Cloud’, so any client machine can access the database from anywhere in the world.
